Realm Chat in Haven

realm chat is enabled in brazilian server, and it makes that server alot alive, even though it provoques a big mess. but even with lower population than haven, that server is full of fun and action, IMO becoz of realm chat.

Pro's - Everything said above, imo I would like the chat back.

Cons - Spammers, Trolls, Multi realmers. If the chat is open for full realm things will get out of hand pretty fast and these days GM's are afk and hardly look at chat. =/

Just give the option for WM's and remove that WM chat. I mean, they are War Masters, they should be spreading their knowledge to new players.

Please no, Realm chat shouldn't be a privilege, I would love it to be enabled for the Steam players, gives a nice lively server.

I think the idea is that everyone will have realm chat while inner, but only WM's will have it in the wz.

Still, this leaves them on their own when they eventually reach the wz, unless they've found a clan.

By then one of the warmasters might have recruited them already. This kind of turns warmasters into mentors for new players. I like that suggestion.

I agree It'll only be for a short while, like no f2p player is willing to play the game in the long run with just what the game offers. Inner Realm experience is very boring.

I remember starting back in this game when realm chat was active in warzone I'd see all those people talking about warzone and epic fights etc etc. Curiosity is what kept me in this game and of course friends. New players only have "fort being captured" message for curiosity.

Right now NGD is depending on that these new players get into nice clans and/or they become friends all together and help each other out. Then again, there's so many questions to answer so many opinions to come from older players that can only be said if anyone from warzone comes in and out which is only to refresh WM quest, let's be honest in Ignis AH is dead to the point it should just be removed it was a fail attempt to build an economy in this realm/server.

Just my thoughts,

It was a fail attempt to build an AH when there is no economy. Trading is entirely dependent upon drops obtained randomly and gold still doesn't have enough uses. Crafting, rare resources (obtained through RvR and not shitty mobs) and proper gold sinks should have been added first. Instead we got an additional currency, because having one unfinished currency wasn't enough.

I know that was the idea, but I don't like the fact that only those people can enter realm chat. Perhaps make something like: Innerzone and Syrtis -->

Syrtis is for everyone and Innerzone for the inner zone (duhh)

Just like Area and Global chat in other games, it's useful.
