I for one think this has great merit for any realm. I would suggest that as a requirement have all grind parties lvl 30 and above in the warzone.....GET SOME!!!

Take your beating and learn under fire, help your realm.

Teaching how to grind in a party is huge, not doing to much dmg and stealing exp and using to much mana straining your conj. =]
