Technically speaking, Alsius have the best warriors, Syrtis have the best archers and Ignis have the best mages which is appropriate.
But who the fuck cares? It's a 5 point difference. That's, what, 10 dmg? 45 mana?
Play the race and realm you enjoy more, for the looks or for whatever. If you have to min/max every aspect of your gameplay and end up with a race you don't enjoy, grinding is going to be more boring and slower and you won't have the same amount of motivation when you RvR.
