Yes you can have.
It's more smart to have more alternative at your bussiness.If one go down other can keep you up.
The issue is :if profit from such a server will cover costs.
I will pay also moderate for such a server.
Features as chat in wz and old spells balance from 1.0.7 can bring lots of fun for some ppl even they was not eye candy.
About open source engine i am not agree at all.
All open engines and games bring more troble also.Maybe some of ppl will fix issue but some of them will create troble also.Balance of make better and make more bad allways will be more ppl that will exploit something aroud.
RO it's not so bigger game with tons of players to aford a open source game.This can make company to go down.
Also RO can have two different dirrections:
-Regnum Warmaster-->going ahead with this idea(invasions);(Horus)
and
-Regnum Basic that can go -->Regnum (crafting, questing,chat etc ppl can have more ideas)(Old style server)(maybe pay 5$ or 10$ /month) for such a server ...but repeat "maybe" it's a free to chose option.
