The occasional kill will happen. I don't see anything wrong with that. What we have to prevent is abuses.
The fact that killing a devastated realm's player on his territory is an exercise in futility should be enough to discourage most from doing it.
But to discourage the jerks too, perhaps a customized version of the -RP feature could come back into play on a devastated realm's altars?

I couldn't agree more. There should be a difference between being a Warmaster, a level 60, a level 50 and so on. Otherwise, what's the point in going through all that work?

I don't understand the reasoning behind needing an ally near you to be able to cast the horn of wind. I suppose the next thing is requiring that Sultar's Terror affects at least two enemies or it will have no effect. I've seen a lot of lonely people on those, you know? They could use some company too.

I also don't understand what's the reason for a Warmaster not to be able to interact with his own banners. If people were using them way too often, why not increase the cooldown to make them think before bringing them out?

And I really don't understand what's up with the ridiculously long cooldown on the portals. One hour? Really? I think most people would understand an increase to 20 minutes, perhaps 30 minutes. But 60 minutes? It's the amount of time required to make the gates vulnerable twice, with only a castle and a fort!

Lets remember that a Warmaster is a person that got more than 10 million in XP and 120.000 WM coins. For all intends and purposes, this is a person that has a invested a substantial amount of time and perhaps even some money on this game. There should be a balance between rewarding this player (while encouraging future players to do it too) and not make it's new powers clash with the pre-existing balance of the classes. The most important step was definitely the nerf of the Offensive Banner. But if the restrictions of the horn and the banners were in effect when I made the decision to aim for the Warmaster status, I don't know if I'd be so eager to reach it.
