I agree somehow.That shy introduction was made via banners quest.The main issue it's lack of interact with others ppl.
And initiation zone it's preaty empty atm.Still i keep my idea "more info" for new incomers that can keep them alive as splash videos in chapters.

-Why ppl wanted WZ chat before to be disable?(main reason);Lots of ppl chat afak at central saves but not lots of action in WZ.
-Why ppl think this game is empty atm?...huge WZ/low numbers of players and and they need a "prove" this game it is a live.General chat in WZ can be one of general proves that the game it is a live and a method that make player to rgp.
And also if there was a Central Save...now it's random respawn at gates.and in all places....of the map.This is a second reason ppl cannot rgp.All run in all directions and respawn everywhere on the map.
Ppl love to enjoy the game/combat ..but when need a hour to rgp to have a fight of 5 mintus just make they bored.
Here 2 example of apple vision about apps/games.(just not matter apple/linux/microsoft etc..is just a vision about commercial and users experience)
