you folks actually expected some other outcome?

This forum is for academic purposes only. The announcement was only a courtesy one telling all that the new patch was on its way. It was obvious from the way it was written that the formula going to be delivered as the changelog listed . (plus some other unlisted goodies that DemonMonger and others uncovered).

They did change some stuff though. 25% horn speed instead of 20%, 2% participation for Noble, increased noble health and 45 minute CD on ports.

Btw did I see something with Unicorns? I must have hallucinated.
