Tyr was merged with Horus, because it had most of the time 15 users online and maybe 40 on peak times in weekends and the Dutch company supposedly managing it didn't do a thing, they didn't even try to make it seem like they cared. As long as the same doesn't happen on Raven, I don't see a merge happening.
