What stats give those rings and amulets you talk about?
Also, can anyone tell me what damage stats must have those dual weapons to make fast and high damage?

Helm 192 (+3) +5% armour bonus
Pauldron 192(+4) c.s. +3%
Breastplate 226 (+4)
Gauntlet 200 (+1) resists electr. damage +2%
Leggings 192 (+8) mana +125
