Sir, not all servers has bonuses. We always has to accommodate to how RA is, thats not a new thing. I know ppl from ra that plays since years, and they have not Any lvl 60, maybe 6 40-50 but none. Wheres the fun for them in your point.
Im sure it will be something like bz for lvls 45-49, 50-54, 55-59 and one only for lvl 60.
