yup could be possible. what do you suggest as an alternative?

i suspect internet access in the end will end up like the public roads - every user will have a "driver licence' locked to an IP. and the IP owner will be responsible for the use fo the account int he same way that a car owner is responsible for the car.

i feel anonymity on the web is likely to end in the next few years.
