if Haven and Ra were merged, the relic lock would not be changed at all. And because the English community would be a minority on Rahaven, NGD probably wouldn't change anything about it at all.
As you can see, half of the population of Haven stopped playing already, because the can't even fight for relics, not to talk of invasions.
The title "Champions of Regnum" is totally misleading, too, btw. Instances are disabled, there are no statues for anybody, Champion armor still does not have any special boni, Dragon weapons (THE thing NGD advertised) are still not implemented, 148 years after they introduced "CoR". Only thing working now is the Arena, and NOBODY EVER goes there because it absolutely sucks. It was nicely done, but lacks some ESSENTIAL issues like nobody can watch the fights, there can be no team fights, there is no "open arena" as there used to be, no party fights, no fights against players three levels below your level (srsly, wtf?????)
Game is still fun, of course.
But, back to topic, sadly not on Haven.
Back to what I said - if they don't seem to do anything about the relic lock on Haven, they will NEVER EVER do anything about it if the Spanish community doesn't want them to.
