i still maintain merges are not the answer.if haven is really dying like im reading here in the forums.try an aggressive advertising campaign with promotions and give aways.entice players to play.CoR has always been under marketed.it was never given the chance to truely grow.i dont think its too late to try.

fixing the issues the players complain about in a fast and efficient way will do more to retain players than anything else you could do NGD,so try doing that.

then focus on getting new growth.you have all the data at your finger tips NGD.take a simple clan within your game then look closely at how they come and go.you will see the clans that survived all these years did one thing in common,they recruited new players and kept the growth cycle going to replace those who left.CoR is exactly the same,you need to create new growth constantly!
