I bought 2x loot scroll few days ago and used it on my lvl60 barb, grinding at imp beach - snakes, yeties and crystal golems. Yes, I dropped like 10 items with it, all of them absolutelly unusable, not even special but normal.
All in all, drop system in CoR became a crap.
