Going by subjective perception of many players, drop rate was lowered by a good bit when drop scrolls where introduced. In addition to that, boosts like Raven's 100-200% exp/loot over several hours, multiple days per week, were basically removed after the merge with Horus. So it's even worse than displayed in this thread.
