The idea to make things account/character bound was truly terrible already since the beginning (i believe it started with quest event hats, which used to be tradable - and still should be .... ).
I understand that the things you buy with Ximerin are and should be bound to account, but there is absolutely no reason to make even hats from events and crafting materials like that. There is zero positive things to say about that.
