say it once and it is enough...just my opinion....but:
When you say it, and NGD does not respond, player will repeat until they get a statement from NGD. When NGD does not respond to bugs as well as complaints then there is no wonder why the complaining is going on.
It is the incertitude that keeps players, users, custumers complaining.
A clear statement from NGD would save a lot of whining in the forums.
Now you can tell "Yes, but they rather concentrate on fixing problems than on responding to customers complaints" But it is not the customers fault when NGD has a lack on money to pay for additional staff. They have to plan better...you cannot develop a game too fast, release new updates too early, or try to change too much in a single update. It is just bad coordination when they cannot handle the problems they have because most problems they created them selve by implementing new stuff in the game. You cannot create new stuff to make a better game when you haven't planned the environment, when you have too weak servers, when you have no personal for public relation.
