I alo agree with Anpu's earlier post. From my persepective the best way to get better communication and tactics is work through the clan system.
Two weeks ago we had quite a party of White Company and GoP. We continually hunted ignis around Jabe/beach save/PB/and around CS. Using party chat, sticking together, and coordinating our attacks. Very successful. I wish that could happen more often.

In battles to liberate our forts, and often in battles at other forts, it will not be just your clan there, but members of as many as 10 or more different clans.
The best place to be in a battle is gen chat, because you can see clan, party, and gen all at once.
