i can offer a good explanation for this(or at least resonable) when people see the enemy the immediate thought is to attack not to check what is being said on the chat its happened to us all im sure. ignore whats said absolute focus goes into killing. such as during PvP's most people forget the possibilty that theres a pvp going on see a fellow realm member dieing and just attack without paying attention to PVP which is being shouted out. i think what syrtis should do is listen to each other it may help.
