Yeah the damage is low compared to the deadly sight ring (*) but 10% attack speed means 10% extra damage
a second, although armor values change that, making a +10% damage/second mean less than a +10% damage bonus. On the other hand you also get to attack faster and let´s not forget the damage bonus either.
I think it´s a pretty neat ring
