As the creator of that guide iv heavily studied those items. Syrtis has the best items at the moment. In Syrtis there are tons of items that give +HP, Mana, they don't even take into account how lucky they are.
In Ignis we have to scramble and save the lowest possible drops we get. The Deadly Sight Ring is even with the Lightning Ring, but it is more easily obtained,
the Lighting Ring is lvl 40, and recieved at the end of the runestone quests. The Deadly Sight Ring in Syrtis can easily be reached at level 20. You can even make another char easily to get a 2nd one.
With using Buffs from all trees at lvl 4 (Which most Warriors do) and with 2 deadly sight rings, it can be a +150 minimum damage bonus.
