Anyway, is there the possibility of accounts migration between Ra and the new server? (it's a rhetorical question I suspect, but please clarify Kailer)
The point is, I already have money invested, and even if I fancy the idea of getting on this new server I want to know if there are mechanisms to ensure that I don't loose my previous spending.
Either a strict migration (account deleted on Ra and a copy made on the new server) or dual log in possibility (on both servers) would provide, at least, a reasonable base of discussion on the issue.

Not sure I understood. Are you denying access to South and Central America users or to those AND Spanish and Portuguese users?
