Is completely wrong. This is something the players have agreed upon, and definitely not all have agreed on the same rules, or even the legitimacy of a pre-arranged 1v1. It either should be clearly stated this is a common used player convention or deleted altogether. It is NOT something that is supported by game-mechanics and should not be stated as such.
