This is a very good point: warlocks didn't used to be as vulnerable as they are now, and i think this is in no small part because of the increases that were made to evasion.
If they could land their attacks warlocks would be pretty evil 1v1.
As things are, i have to say that my archer chars have an easy time against them.
I know the old argument about this being a RvR game, but the fact is that PvP is a big factor in the game - people like to 'test their mettle' against other players 1v1 - so it is only fair that all classes are as well balanced as possible.
I think there is also a case for warlocks having a physical dmg resistance spell/buff.
And lastly i'd like to add that i respect anyone who plays warlock as their main character.
I would hazard to say that warl is the hardest class to play atm.
