This is the only thing that I can say about this subject.
If there is a modification for the lucky boxes, it will be in two ways... either we change the pricing (if that is the case, we will give the price difference as a ximerin refund) or we will change the LOOT system (not the luckybox functionality) as we feel that the current model ensures a fair and balanced experienced with non-premium users.
