I know a random thread..but i watched something last night that got me thinking..that England has 4 million left handed persons, both my children are left handed..and that also being left handed is genetic. Now..both fathers to my children are both right-handed..and im right handed..However even though im right handed..i use my left hand alot to carry out tasks(clean thoughts here by the way) i.e..i throw a ball better with my left, i deal cards with my left..etc. So i asked my children to try and write their name with their right hand, the result..it was very unreadable, then i had a go of writing with my left hand..the result..i can write with my left hand !!!! Its no where near as neat as my right, but with practice im pretty sure it would get better. So what im asking is this..what does this mean ?? I mean did i learn to write left handed as a child, then i simply switched..or maybe i was learnt not to be a leftie by my teachers ?? Or am i just ambidextrous ???

Does anyone have any explanations ?
