I think a price reduction is neccessary - the platinum boxes are really expensive.

If the items are staying the same, then i think that when you buy a box you should be given a choice from a range of items (say 3 or 4 items).

You still might not get what you are looking for, but at least you will feel like you had some choice about what you get.

I believe this will create fewer complaints.
