Efrendi is not, by any means, a coward. He's a very nice guy and one of most fiercest competitors out there. Of course anyone who can beat him alone will feel accomplished =p However, just about anyone would runaway if they had low health. I've seen many do it before, all three realms included-Not just Ignis.

And it seems that they only invade at night because no ones on, but I also know that that's when many of their players are online. Just like early morning, well morning here =p, is when most of Syrtis' players are online. Each realm has a different time that most of their players are online because of the stupid time zones ^^
