Block newbies in Syrtis for a while, I have seen it work in other games, ofc people will moan though, Maybe only allow people in with some sort of invite code from a player already in that realm, that way people inviting freinds can have them in the same realm.
Syrtis have for a while been the most active realm in taking forts, Its not because we are better in anyway, its because it a lit easier to get a few people together and go.
