From my experience so far from 3 realms (I'll post accurate diary about this experiment when it's finished):
Syrtis - very easy to level on low levels, 30 is reachable in a week or so
Ignis - fairly easy to level on low levels, 25 in a week
Alsius - lots of running around, takes couple of days to reach level 10 due to time spent running, only level 20 in a week - lots of grinding at low levels
Both Alsius and Ignis initiation zones are unplayable with older computers due to the new graphics.
