Alsius have 3, these players have over twice the XP you need for 50 (guys your insane) thats a pretty good sample indicator that Alsians are spending a lot of time grinding for no reason other than Drops, Cash, or Fun.

This kind of statistics are right, but you read it wrong :P
1. Alsius have players with high xp... its true... but if you take a close look, you will see that Rhanya and Healerous are players since the day the server opened, and they played for hours on a roll... unfortunatly for Alsius, they have real life issues like jobs to attend, so they dont stay online a lot now. By them, they cannot fight a zerg alone! So, why should they go to war? To die? To give away free rp? They only go, when more people go, to help and to be helped! What is left for them to do??? Grind... Grind... Grind... boring grind!!!!
You can see, that Alsius does not have a single player until 21st place in RP list, and only 2 players show in the all list:

I underlined and colored Tyr´s Zorn Clan to say that this was Alsius best clan at the begining of the server, when all realms had equal numbers, and all the players (except Healerous), gave up to play like 5 or 6 mounths after the server started. Some of them changed to german servers (they were all germans), some others play other games! There was still no invasions when they left the game, and the clan is still in top 30... LOL...
The problem is not the grinding, but the numbers... Give us numbers, and we grind and kill you all at same time!
