Now depending on NGD's resolve to promote certain realms, I believe the best option is to provide bonus xim and a few scrolls on top of the RLM bonus for new accounts made in underpopulated realms. Providing these freebies now will also potentially hook players to the use of xim since they get to feel the benefits of using xim.
As far as Trelleborg is concerned, it's a design issue. I do like to point out to you that most of the time it is taken, it is taken with less than 10 people, with the Syrtis zerg gathering numbers over time while the fort is not retaken by Alsius. Also, for a time now, I have been wondering why you do not use your main advantage in trying to retake Trelle: the save. When you take Algaros, we save at Algaros. When we take Menirah, we see Ignis saving at Menirah. It seems you are failing to take a major strategic position in the map to your advantage. That save blocks the way from pp2, so you can also stop reinforcements. At the same time, you can respawn fast enough to prevent people from getting revived at Trelle. As it stands now, you reviving at the gate gives us the time to revive our fallen comrades. Sometimes I get to revive 2 people between your waves of attacks.

I'm not going to second guess their save decision. In my observation over the last 3 months they constantly have at least one fort captured by us or the reds. I really don't understand how anyone can grind over there. At certain times of the dayt if you were lvl 30, you could litterally not go much higher as you are constantly defending the realm.
My hats are off to you guys to stick it out and not just throw your hands up and walk away.
