Lenin was quick to point out that different countries develop the Revolution at different times and to different extents, and as such one is not necessarily a blueprint for the other. He mentioned this many times in his writing. Being that one Revolution is not indicative of another, whatever misdeeds done in one country do not by necessity indicative of the misdeeds or good deeds to be done by another country's Revolution.
