Wow. Just wow.
First off there really aren't any
true communist countries on the planet and most socialist countries are in the state of flux between a capitalist economy and a communist one. Lenin said there would undoubtedly be "birth pangs" during these times and most socialist (at least the revolutionary ones) are experiencing these.
