Item +damage bonus nerf on amun

So I heard that damage bonus on weapons/jewelry is about 60% compared to what they give on horus.

+50 -> +30

+34 -> +20

Items still have same numbers in description but effect in char screen is something like that amun vs horus, so if this is true can we get 40% money back from box items j/k

not a nice way to nerf items that are bought by real money IMO.
