if you have any advice let me know. i've tested every set up i can, maxxed the to hit stats, all for nothing.

here is my advice.... max shortbow and max the skill meditation.... see if that helps you.... with max meditation i have a concentration of 105.... i never miss...

I think i know what that is. That sometimes happens with me.
To make your bow "attack" again, you must have not a target and click in the target again to attack sorry i don't know very well how to explain

Why you think it is your char fault? Lot of hunters have insane evasion, uder dodge i see more evade than ever so do not blame your bow
