Heroic Presence doesn't affect the caster anymore?

Hi, since the recent update, I've noticed that the spell Heroic Presence doesn't affect the caster. Before, I had like 700+ armor points and when I cast this spell, it shot up to 1000+ However, this doesn't seem so after the recent update.. is this true? Or is it just me? o_O

It's in the changelog, after the update Heroic Presence no longer affects the caster.
