Sms payment for me still not workable...

Hey guys,

Please help me with this and let this topic stay here please...

When I sms to my number and everything correct it is still not capable of giving me my xims I mailed NGD A MONTH AGO! and did not get my answer I didn't get even a mail back

so 1st of all NGD you have to improve your communication
then 2nd please help me fix this

Well what do I get:

It is unfortunately not possible to sms now please go for further information to 5040....

AND NOW IS XIM BONUS! I wanna have longer xim bonus till you fixed this NGD this is unexaptable...

Pff NGD must just improve there communication with other ppl that needs help I'm allready waiting so long and I'm sick of it I just want answers...

Since the forums are not the official channel for customer support, insisting it won't make a difference.
I'm not sure what your particular case is about but you will have to be patient (Sometimes, the issues are out of our control).
