Charackter away

I also apologize because my English is not perfect!
so as to my problem:
I'm on the server Niflheim, and have 4 Character: Knight barbarian hunter and a shooter.
Yesterday I logged out without me problems after the level. Where I came from work today, I saw my knight away, although I have not deleted.
At the support I have written, but our Game Master said it is no great hopes and whom you talk to also report an experimental word.
I hope now the only master of the game here or a member of NGD can help me.
