Torrent: Requested download is not authorized for use with this tracker

Just want to report the torrent download does not work.
I just wanted to download the 64bit Client via Torrent.
The download does not even start with the torrent client.
The error message is "requested download is not authorized for use with this tracker".
Ports are ok, i tried 2 different torrent clients. Other Torrent Downloads are working.

Edit: The 32bit Client Torrent works.
