i look at all the new things they added to the game in the two hours the server was down and i wanteed to try them, is the server down AGAIN or is it my computer? i understand everyone asks this question... :\

Was fine for me at the time of your posting. How far did you get through? Did you at least made it to the character selection screen or were you simply unable to connect to the server as soon as you tried to launch?

ermm...at the screen where it says enter game world, i got all of these error messages

That doesn't sound like a server connection problem. If you can post these error messages maybe it'd help but I'd venture a suggestion that you try deleting your liveserver folder and letting the launcher update it again. If that fails, try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.
