totally confused with new quest

Hi , I am totally confused with new quest. First up what time zone are we using ?
Second, Is it only castles or are forts included.

third, do we have to hold the forts for 1 hour?

or are the castles each randomly assigned one hour where you can capture it and get the 15 rosettes?

Do the castles switch when we cap it and get the 15 rosettes?

Is the assignments of castles random?

More detail please.

Edit : NGD we need an in game alert or a countdown if you can manage. A message of which castle is the target would be helpful too. Remember some ppl don't have facebook

Okay so I got my 15 from Imperia. This event is so much closer but just missed the mark by a little bit.

15 rosettes for castle is fine (30 better). To go for the win you could have added 10 rosettes for a random fort which the system prompts with a message.

The message hits the screen with 15 minutes before the fort rosettes become available. The forts rotate randomly every 30 minutes.

As is, I am sitting in Shaanarid waiting for the next wave to hit. Close so close NGD. And now we are at level 4

Pity its castles and not the main forts. Think there were more 3ways goin. Castles are just so far away, no time to come back to keep the fights going..

Sorry to keep this up NGD but there seems to be a problem. Many people that camped Shannarid are claiming that they did not get any rosettes. Many are complaining.

I got mine so I know it is partially working. Several players were IN the castle too. I can confirm this. This needs to be looked at. Players are pissed and logging off. Please address.

Put a Rossette(?) Icon on the castle currently giving them that hour, already some people are quite confused as to which castle is next so soon with no way to keep track other than word of mouth things will get very confused.

We thought about that and other similar ideas. Unfortunately we couldn't do it in such short notice because of obvious development issues (touching important code without enough testing time, etc).

This is, for now, the best we could do as an immediate measure. You will find out the dynamic of this event right away and, even if there are known issues, it relies on all of you (the players) if there will be wars or just a bunch of characters stuck waiting in a castle.

Go on and spice up the warzone!

A few hours ago the Regnum Online Facebook account posted:

"Syrtis kept the castle in all servers, only a few lucky people nearby the castle took the Rosettes. Imperia goes next in 1 hour. Now you have the time for WAR!"

It sounds like not everyone at the castle gets the reward, only a lucky few.

Avast! Looks like me pirate hat be gettin' less and less likely. Yarr!

This event favours the ream with the highest number, which imo sucks ass, I play Alsius on Horus and we as a realm have absolutly no chance of getting 15 rosettes yet alone 200. I was in imp yesterday when the rosettes came and guess what.......... I didn't get 1 yet alone 15.

Why didn't I get rosettes when I was at imp and Aslius had control, I was fighting there 2-3 hours to defend it, what was the point???

THIS EVENT IS a FAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
