What time does Anniversary Bonus begin?

We got that it ends at 8:00 pm GMT, but when does it start? As in what time?

The bonus has started about one hour ago. The 50% exp bonus is count in the base amount, +xp for challenging or +grp are not increased.

This still is a nice bonus, thank you NGD
