Haven - Server upgrade coming up.

Hey everyone!

Due to the recent latency/ping problems on Haven server, it has been decided to move the game data to a new server in order to resolve these issues!

The move will take place on Monday 9/30/2013 at 2:00pm GMT,

We expect a downtime of about 2 hours in order to complete the server transfer.

Sometimes you don´t expect something to happen, and it happens. Just look at all the problem you guys are having with the Merge (Ra - Piranha), so, we better take pictures of what we have so that we have proofs if something goes wrong Just saying...

- Player amount around you at the lagging time.
- World status (war, invasion, idle).
- Persistence of the lag (a long latency rise or small spikes).
- Client behaviour (FPS, freezes, etc).

- Player amount varies (could even be while grinding)
- World status varies (happends everywhere)
- Ping can get really jump up to 5k ussualy no longer then 30 seconds, with an exception of a couple days where everyone was heavily lagging for more then a minute and got mass disconnected.

- Random disconnects occure more often on this server upgrade
- FPS is quite stable around 90 - 150 at fort wars and invasions and around 300 with low amount of people around.

Hardware replacement is like a server restart which takes a bit longer. No data is changed or lost during the process.
