NGD in 2014
I don't want to write a story nor a campaign, but I like to say NGD you guys have improved a lot this year (maybe to the unseen eye). Not wanting to name names nor take sides, some things have changed in the company as little as we know and I guess it's more stronger and tight knit now. Again, not going into the details, with everything you have done this year, the list of to-do things has been progressively pushed into motion.
Whether anyone else agrees or not, or care, I do not care. Even if we/I don't say anything, we have noticed the things as they happen and the interaction from you guys, just pushes that wheel more into motion. Even though it's still a long way to go and not everything is/can be satisfactory, each day is a new day. Keep up the good work.(and keep improving) |

+1 to this, they certainly deserve some recognition for improving.
@NGD: Some people will complain anyway, but I think you guys take steps in the right direction. Keep up the good work I'll share some of my secret beer supplies with you and the next round in Edwald's tavern is on me

I do agree with both of realmmates concerning acknowledgement of NGD's efforts. Someone will always bash Adrian for this and that (me too), but that's just the way we express that we really care.

Thank you, but it isn't necessary. Most forum users would see this as ass-kissing and such. We do what we do because we like it and since we are in charge we wanted to show how the future of Regnum would be. There's a lot of non-believers out there, others that moved on... but I'm hopeful that Regnum will become better and better. Next step will be bringing new users and make them stay. This will be difficult, but it's possible, specially when we fix the level progression and entertainment. Old users? They won't come back. Maybe some, but counted with fingers. We have to remove the embarrassment of showing this game to your friends because of the already mentioned problems and there we will have new users staying.
So, thank you again. But there's still a lot more to do in order to deserve this.

So in my eyes is important to make the game fun in special cases - when there aren't many players online, if one realm is outnumbering the other two, etc. This can be done with instances and other options what to do ingame - dragons, TDM... Also better quests would improve this. I know this is mostly RVR game and it should stay like that, but RVR isn't constant pingpong between two forts.

You can without question feel good about Your work NGD. A lot of things been fixed that had been due for years. The roadmap has been put and updates are made. Communicating with the community has gone from rants to constructive debate. This looks really promising, keep it up!
