How Do You Fight Knights As A Barb in RvR?

Hi, question for you all.

How do you fight a competent knight as a barb during fort wars?

Trying to kill them leads to precise block->def stance/army of one.
Roar/Howl fails half the time due to defensive support.
Spring/UM past them works okay, but if I'm not back past them in time, it's just ends in a Feint5->Kick5 combo.

So experienced barbs, how do you fight knights during RvR?

As a follow up question, how do you fight a group of competent knights as a realm? Mass CC once again fails due to def support and PA. Darkness/Confuse work well I guess once they are out of def stance. Do you just need to get enough barbs to kill them fast enough?

MS->Darkness/Confuse/MOD and they are dead. Another way is waiting until the knight becomes aggressive or just play for time (cooldowns).
IMO good barbarian has a better chance to beat the knight in a duel. Yeah barbarian should win the fight.

it just takes time, but in RvR you ignore the knights.. IGNORE
nothing is more painfull for a knight.. atleast a normal, nice supportknight (ignoring the existence of azn-knarb atm)
than watching their allies die, unable to catch up fast enough coz of the mov-speed debuff from defensive support
(even tho that is only 10% now, they're usually still to slow to catch up)

so IGNORE and just kill their allies and watch their morale crumble to dust
