Windows 10 - mouse behaving weirdly

With Window 10, it happens way too often that the mouse in Regnum freezes. But it only seems to affect the left button.

Reason for it: I'm not sure. I think it's related to ALT-TABbing out of Regnum and back in later again. Can't reproduce for sure. I am playing Regnum in window mode.

Way to solve it: press CTRL ALT DELETE, open task manager. Just by that, the regnum mouse somehow seems to work again. Quite annoying.

Now here's the question: Who else is having this issue?

I'm using Win10, no issues with RO at all. I play in window mode too. I upgraded from windows 8.1
