Has the server been moved?

Has it been moved to the new location? Because my ping is well beyond in the unplayable 400s and I see these "Private" sections in forums.

I made a post in complain section of the forum before. The Private sections are there, shown as empty. You must log in now to see them. No idea why this was made so. Why prevent read access to them for public.
Anyway, Adrian wrote (in Roadmap 2015 topic), that they are going to announce the date of the move this week.

lolz irsh,we play with that kind of ping every single day..its not unplayable,its just unpleasant and hard to compete.

yeah i know the good news is support conju isnt as bad to play with such high ping compared to classes like lock and hunter that require precise spell chains.
