support site/pw recovery not working!?

Hi,

just tried to recover my pw for http://www.championsofregnum.com/support/ but seems its not working. (waiting for email since 3 days now)
also tried to create a new account on the support site, but it still wont send me a pw or registration info!

any ideas/infos about this issue?

It may sound silly, but have you tried to check your spam folder ? I've already had e-mails from NGD automatically redirected there before, which bugged me for a bit. ^^

If you did already, then I have no idea. It's working fine for me.

nope, mails arent in spamfolder neither.

edit: ive got authentification code mails a few weeks ago. just the support site emails arent coming in. No idea whats wrong

So you have signed in at the main site, >my account> requested a password reminder for the support side by email and you get no reply...

Did you try to request a mail change?
Maybe if it works, you can change the support' password as well.
