Why dont change stats of conj gloves for 7% cs like lock gloves, 5 conc is useless

Imo, mana+CS would be the best

Jokes aside, yes, mana is always better than cast speed or concentration.
INT is useless, unless it's a +20-30 INT bonus instead of the +10.
Also, why conju tunic has +7 const while lock only 5?
